Tasting Notes
Nose – A rich sherry aroma with a slight herbal influence. An earthy, leathery background is warmed by peppery oak, adding a delicious contrast to the sweet notes of marzipan,m Mediterranean fruits and rich dark chocolate.
Palate
Robust, sherry Highland character loaded with vintage oak spices, molasses and prune cordial, all combined with dark, chilli-spiced chocolate. A sumptious and luxurious dram.
