Royal Brackla 1978 20 year old

£375.00

A very rare vintage Royal Brackla part of The Rare Malts Selection. Each individual vintage has been specially selected from Scotland’s finest single malt stocks of rare or now silent distilleries.

From Cawdor, in the land of Macbeth, this majestic malt enjoyed the patronage of King William IV and was sold as “The King’s Own Whisky”. This golden dram is pale in colour, showing flowery aromas and some ginger on the nose. The rich-bodied style, characteristic sweetly honeyed flavours and warming, dry finish make a splendid after dinner malt.
